Rising S Company, the world’s largest bunker and bomb shelter manufacturer was awarded an $17,000,000 contract by the Military through the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Nuclear, Chemical, and Biological Defense Programs to construct a centralized, state-of-the-art, high-security Shelter facility at an undisclosed base in the United States.
The contract included the design, manufacture, delivery, modifications, and final assembly of the Shelter facility. Rising S Company used its High Security Shelter System (HSSS) to meet all requirements.
This is not the first major contract for Rising S Company the wor’s largest bunker and bomb shelter manufacturer. Last year, after the North Korean nuclear threats, the company was contracted by the government to provide a 6.5M bomb shelter complex to the UK’s Ministry of Defense and Royal family after concerns the nuclear threat from North Korea could reach the UK.
“We have a lengthy list of people for shelters and that list is growing every single day” said Gary Lynch the company’s general manager. With the current political turmoil in the United States and raised awareness to threats around the world the amount of interest in Bunkers and bomb shelters has grown exponentially.
“The demand is astronomical and what we’re trying to do is just keep up with demand” said Alex Trope, one of the supervising welders for Rising S Company. Rising S Company is in talks with multiple agencies about future contracts with the government and look forward to being awarded another contract in the coming months.
In 2016, Rising S Company received a US $7 million contract to supply two battalion shelters to the army. The bomb shelters were shipped to Colorado, where they were assembled and inspected. US forces then transported them in pieces via rail to Nevada, where they were buried and fortified.

On the commercial front they are most well regarded for constructing large bomb shelters and bunkers along with large underground tornado shelters. In addition, they have consistently received high reviews from the likes of CNN, Fox News, MSNBC and multiple other news agencies across the United States.
